My boxing workout consists of three phases: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced.

In Beginner training, I will teach you the fundamentals of boxing: how to execute different types of punches and practice proper footwork. When I determine that you have sufficient knowledge of these techniques, you will be ready for the next phase of training.

In Intermediate training, I will teach you additional types of punches, as well as how to block and dodge punches. I teach my students how to move inside the ring and how to counterpunch. I will place more emphasis on how you throw your punches.

Advanced training is for seasoned individuals who have been boxing for a long time. These individuals include amateur boxers, who have already mastered the different types of punches and footwork. In this phase, you should already be skilled enough to work out with minor supervision.
